I wouldn’t feel comfortable trusting them with my order. It just didn’t feel reliable to me, not at all. I need to feel confident when I place an order, and I really didn’t get that feeling here.

The warranty support was fine overall, but the repair took quite a while. I understand these things can take time, but it would’ve been nice to get a clearer update or at least an apology for the delay.

At first glance, the product seemed okay, but the material felt cheap right away. After using it for a short time, it started wearing out way faster than I expected. for the price, I thought it would hold up better. Makes me wonder if they’re cutting corners on purpose and just hoping people don’t notice until it’s too late.

The battery life is fine overall, nothing amazing but it gets me through a decent amount of use. Charging does take longer than I expected though, which can be frustrating when I’m in a hurry. What really gets annoying is having to deal with repeated verification prompts more often than I’d like. It’s not a dealbreaker, but between the slow charging and constant verification, it can definitely get on my nerves...

I thought this would be more convenient, but it doesn’t fold down small at all. I’m always a little worried about getting fooled by product photos, and this kind of felt like that. It takes up way more space than I expected, and finding somewhere to store it has been a hassle.

I was disappointed with how hard this is to maneuver. It feels awkward to steer, especially in tighter spaces, and turning corners takes way more effort than it should. Maybe it works better for other people, but for me it felt overpriced and disappointing. I don’t mind paying for quality, but I do expect a company to stand behind what they offer, and I wouldn’t use it again.

I really wanted these to work, but they just didn’t feel right on me. The top was tight around my shoulders but somehow loose at the waist, and the pants started feeling stiff after wearing them for a few hours. I kind of felt passed around between comfort issues and sizing issues the whole shift. They’re not terrible, and they might be fine for someone with a different body type, but for me they weren’t comfy enough to wear all day
